Security: All orders are transmitted on a fully secure, certified encrypted, GeoTrust SSL server. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when we receive your order.
Note: you will notice WHEN your order is placed the URL will change from a http:// to a https:// and you will see a little yellow pad lock at the bottom bar of your screen. Your order is then very secure.
Your Privacy: We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only for purposes of NFLWatches.com conducting business with you or sending you e-mails based on services or products relating to our communications with you.
Shipping: NFLWatches.com tries to ship your order within 24 - 48 hours if orders are placed before noon EST. When placing your order you will have options for different types of shipment.
Note: During the Holiday Season we recommend strongly that you place your order early "real early" as shipping generally slows down at the last minute and inventories could become depleted.
All UPS shipping rates are within the Continental United States and US Postal Rates include the USA.
Warranty: All NFLWatches.com NFL Team Watches have one of three warranties depending on make and style.
1 year limited warranty, 2 year limited warranty or Life Time limited warranty from date of purchase. All warranties are inclosed with your NFL Team Watch when shipped.
Return Policy: All NFLWatches.com Team Watches have a 30 day return policy for a refund (Shipping not included in credit to your card) THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WITH ALL RETURNS.
If you purchased your item from someone other than www.NFLwatches.com you MUST contact them to make return arrangements. NFLwatches.com will not accept any returns purchased elsewhere.
Before returning an National Football League Team Watch YOU MUST:
1. Call our customer service deptartment at 1-866-456-1811 to get an Authorization Number (A/R Number). This A/R Number must be marked on the outside of the return carton so that you will be credited for your return when we receive it. Otherwise it may delay the locating of your return and slow the credit processing.
2. Inclose a copy of your Invoice or Order Number.
3. Inclose a brief description of why you are returning the NFL Team Watch.
This helps us in our quality control and to eliminate any possible problems in the future.
